By using our website and booking a private cruise, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Booking Process: A booking is considered confirmed only after you have communicated directly with the captain and a deposit has been paid.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least two months (60 days) before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a 100% refund of the deposit.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than two months (60 days) before the trip are non-refundable.
- Weather & Safety: Your safety is our priority. If the Greek Port Authorities issue a departure prohibition or if the captain deems conditions unsafe, we will offer to reschedule your trip or provide a full refund.
- Captain’s Authority: Passengers must follow the captain’s safety instructions at all times. The captain has the right to modify the route based on weather conditions or terminate the cruise in case of unsafe behavior.
- Liability: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or for injuries resulting from the failure to follow safety briefings.
- Applicable Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and any disputes will be settled in Greek courts.
